We fully equipped this house with Smart Home at the beginning of 2022.

Blinds, shutters, cameras, front doors or household appliances – with a home automation system, the various applications in the smart house can be wirelessly networked and automated. The advantage: Once set up, you no longer have to worry about anything. When you get up, the roller shutters go up at the desired time, your bathroom is automatically brought to a comfortable temperature and your vacuum robot can do the household chores while you shower.

The complex automation processes in so-called scenes are an advantage as well. For example, you can activate the individually programmed “Cinema” scene for a cozy evening at your living room with just a tap of your finger: The lighting is pleasantly dimmed, the television and sound system are switched on and the shutters are lowered.

You could also activate the “Shower” program with a tap of your finger. Relaxing lighting and the music of your choice could turn on. Likewise, with a smart shower faucet, you could set the right pressure and temperature with an accuracy of 0.1 degrees.

You can also program and control the complete security of your house via Smart Home and handle everything with your tablet or mobile phone. In short, there is nothing electronic that we cannot do for you via Smart Home.
